Dear Editor or Congressman/woman,

          Please sponsor a New Law (Bill or Amendment) that would require that information be put in the bar-code of Drivers Licenses . That would show if someone has received a DWI,DUI or Public Intoxication or ANY Alcohol/Illegal Drug related Offense.

          It would Require Bars, Restaurants(That serve Alcohol),Liqueur Stores etc. They would Have to Scan the Bar-code on the Drivers License. And if they had a DWI.DUI etc. then they could NOT serve them Alcohol. They would be unable to buy Alcohol at a Liqueur store.

          If the Retail Establishment is caught Not Scanning the Drivers License. They would face heavy Fines and repeated offenses would lose their Liqueur License.

          Drivers License already have the bar-code and it would be easy to put the information it. The cost would be born by the offender. The License is taken away usually when the offense is committed. When reissued the bar-code would be updated.

          Retail Establishments already scan credit cards etc. It would be a Requirement if they want to get or renew their Liqueur License.

          This would save lives. Keep Alcoholics from getting Liqueur so they would not have more wrecks and more domestic violence. It would save a Lot of money by helping keep them out of Prison.
